Welcome to HolyDeeds.com and the HOLYDEEDS mobile application (“App”), operated by HOLYDEEDS INC, a Florida Profit Corporation (document number P25000025726), with headquarters in Aventura, FL, and offices in Lithuania and the United Kingdom.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, App, and related services, including:
• Purchase of digital and physical artwork
• Event ticket purchase and registration
• Participation in charitable campaigns
• Use of the AI Cardinal avatar and other interactive features
By downloading, accessing, or using the HOLYDEEDS platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Our Services

HOLYDEEDS provides a curated, faith-inspired digital platform where you can:
• Create a user account and access community features
• Purchase and receive digital and physical artwork and collectibles
• Buy tickets and register for cultural and faith-related events
• Contribute to charitable campaigns and causes vetted by HOLYDEEDS
• Interact privately with the AI Cardinal avatar via video call, voice call, or chat
• Access blog posts, spiritual reflections, and other curated content
Some services may be subject to additional specific terms.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use paid features.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• HOLYDEEDS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Donations and Charitable Campaigns

• Donations made via the platform are directed to verified campaigns and causes.
• Unless otherwise stated, donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases of error or legal requirement.
• HOLYDEEDS may deduct a disclosed processing fee from donations to cover operational costs.
• Donation records are available in your account for transparency.

5. Product Listings and Sales

• Digital items (e.g., posters, downloads) are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise licensed. They are non-transferable.
• Physical goods are shipped as described, and delivery terms are provided at checkout.
• Event tickets may include restrictions such as no refunds after a certain date. Please review the event-specific terms before purchase.
• HOLYDEEDS aims for accuracy in all listings but does not guarantee error-free descriptions. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.

6. Payments and Fees

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). HOLYDEEDS does not store card details.
• Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Additional duties or local taxes may apply to shipments.
• By completing a transaction, you authorize HOLYDEEDS to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Digital goods & donations → Non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Physical goods → Returnable within 14 days in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs may apply.
• Event tickets → Refunds depend on the event organizer’s policy. HOLYDEEDS will disclose this before purchase.

8. AI Cardinal Avatar

• The AI Cardinal feature allows private conversations through video, voice, or chat.
• By using this feature, you acknowledge it is for informational and inspirational purposes only, not a substitute for professional, pastoral, or legal advice.
• Conversations are not stored unless you explicitly choose to save them.
• HOLYDEEDS makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or personal outcomes from AI interactions.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All content on HOLYDEEDS (website, app, digital art, text, video, logos) is the property of HOLYDEEDS INC or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Circumvent security, access, or payment systems
• Upload or transmit harmful, infringing, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App or Services
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOLYDEEDS INC is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Reliance on third-party services or errors in product/event descriptions
• Shipping delays, cancellations, or failures beyond our control
• Use of or reliance on the AI Cardinal feature

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HOLYDEEDS INC, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and App with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to confidential, binding arbitration in London, UK, unless otherwise required by law.
• Consumers in the EU or US may rely on mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
