I’ve always believed that true leadership is about more than driving growth - it’s about creating clarity, building alignment, and helping organizations realize their higher purpose. My career has spanned over 25 years of advising Fortune 500 companies, private equity sponsors, and emerging ventures, yet at its core, my work has always been about transformation - unlocking potential in both enterprises and people.

My journey began in finance, where I earned my CPA and served as Vice President of Finance for the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. Those years instilled in me a deep respect for operational discipline and financial stewardship. Later, I transitioned into consulting, taking on leadership roles at Arthur Andersen and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where I learned the art of guiding complex organizations through strategic transformation.

Entrepreneurship became the next chapter. I co-founded Lucidity Consulting Group, scaling it into a national consultancy of hundreds of professionals before its acquisition by Emtec Global Services in 2015. At Emtec, I served as Partner and built out the strategic advisory practice. Later, I co-founded CLEARPRISM, where we partnered with private equity firms to accelerate portfolio growth, drive operational excellence, and prepare companies for exit readiness.

Today, alongside my work as a serial entrepreneur and advisor, I serve as Executive Advisor to HOLYDEEDS - a platform at the intersection of faith, technology, and generosity. In this role, I help guide strategy, partnerships, and value creation, drawing upon decades of experience in private equity, enterprise transformation, and organizational growth. For me, HOLYDEEDS represents not only an innovative platform but also a meaningful mission: a way to align enterprise clarity with spiritual purpose, and to build something that endures beyond financial outcomes.
